Retail Banking Course will broadly outline the segments of retail banking – Concepts of Banking/Retail Banking, Retail accounts/deposits, Cheque Bouncing, Account Operations,
No Frills Account, Recurring Deposit / Fixed–Term Deposit, FCNR Deposits, Depositary System and Demat Accounts, Retail Loan products, KYC–AML.
Course Objective:
Retail Banking is one of the most powerful and growing segment of today’s banking world. This course would effectively disseminate knowledge of retail banking to the students/existing
banking staff to gain entry into the retail banking area.

The course will provide an in-depth knowledge about Retail Banking and practical
problems and solutions. The course is highly interactive with topic wise, chapter wise test along with
Mastery Test at the end of the Course.

Any under graduate / 12th pass students can join this programme.
