Course Description:
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a statutory body
constituted under the Company Secretaries Act 1980 (Act No. 56 of 1980) to develop and regulate the
profession of Company Secretaries in India. ‘ICSI eLearning Portal’ is a path-breaking joint initiative of
ICSI and GurukulOnline Learning Solutions to offer online courses to the students of ICSI.

Course Objective:
To provide quality education through internet, the Institute of Company Secretaries
of India (ICSI) and GurukulOnline Learning Solutions (GOLS) have come up with this joint initiative.

Pre-requisites:
You should be an existing student of ICSI. If you are a new student then you can register
simultaneously with ICSI and on eLearning portal by paying fees separately for both the registration (as
per the process laid down by both the organisations).
Target Market:
Foundation Programme which is of eight months duration can be pursued by 10+2 pass
students of Arts, Science or Commerce stream. Executive Programme can be pursued by a graduate of
all streams except Fine Arts. Professional Programme can be pursued only after clearing the Executive
Programme of CS course.
Course Outcome:
These are preparatory courses for ICSI exams and a student, who studies diligently,
does all the exercises and improves on feedback, will surely pass the ICSI exams with flying colours.
